Things don't always work out so, if you or your pooch are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply get in touch within 14 days of receipt to arrange an exchange or refund. I aim to answer all enquiries within 24 hours.
Please Note
- Goods will only be accepted for a full refund if they are in unused condition or have a manufacturing fault. Any suspected faults must be investigated before a refund will be issued.
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches me, for your own protection I recommend you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, please enquire at your local pot office for the appropriate service.
- The cost of returning an order is the customers responsibility unless the item is faulty. Please maintain proof of postage in this instance.
